Last October, journalist Leslie Kean, author of the books, “UFOs: Generals, Pilots and Government Officials Go on the Record” and “Surviving Death: A Journalist Investigates Evidence for an Afterlife,” and co-author of the now infamous New York Times article on the Pentagon’s UFO program, posted this on her Facebook page:

Along with UFOs, evidence for life after death is a subject that I’m obsessed with. I mean, who doesn’t want to know what happens after we take our last breath? Surprisingly, a lot of people just don’t seem to care. Or, they’re afraid to  talk about it. Death is almost as taboo a subject as UFOs. So, to see that a “major broadcast network” will be airing a series on the subject really excited me.

About a week ago, Kean posted another update:

If you check out the website for “Break Thru Films,” you’ll see that they focus on documentaries. I Googled Ricki Stern and found her IMDB page.

UFOs! Turns out, Stern was the creator, director, producer and writer for, “Secret Access: UFOs on the Record.” I found it on YouTube and wasn’t sure if I had seen it or not. After watching it, I’m relatively sure that I did see it when it aired on “The History Channel” in 2011. And it’s a very good doc. If you have a friend or family member new to the subject, this is a good place for them to start. And if the “Surviving Death” series is as good as the UFO documentary, we’re in for a great show!

Subjects covered:

Rendlesham Forest, The Phoenix Lights, The O’Hare Incident, Project Blue Book, Richard Haines, NARCAP, Japan Airlines 1628, Fake UFO Videos and The Belgium Wave.

Leslie Kean and Nick Pope are featured.
